This week we thought we would take the time to highlight an all-around “Ace” in the competitive realm and in her academic field. This week we not only award Bri for athlete of the week but also congratulate her for her status of homecoming contestant. The Homecoming Court is filled with contestants that needless to say, dominate in their fields of choice. The Court looks to appoint well-rounded young women who are deserving of the elite opportunity. These quotas are certainly met regarding Bri Thomspon. In light of recent volleyball trials and tribulations, we dub Bri as an asset to the Ace squad, and possibly a cornerstone of the team as a whole. As a senior, Bri has perfected her Ace skills and developed a keen sense of communication that motivates her peers on and off the court. With the help of this stellar athlete, the crew never fails to bring the Aces to the table. Bri plans on continuing her tenacious skill set to higher learning by hopefully obtaining a degree in nursing from the college of her choice. We were lucky enough to catch up with Bri (the Ace) Thompson, and make some inquiries;

Q: We know that you enjoy lifting, what is your personal record?

A: The limit does not exist.

Q: How do you feel about the current volleyball season?

A: We strive for perfection and peak performance. We stop at nothing to deliver Aces and critique personal strategies 24/7.

Q: Who is your favorite artist?

A: The band the Doors. All other forms of art are irrelevant.

We would like to thank Bri for this profound insight and wish her luck in her future endeavors. This concludes our look at the daily life of Brianna Thompson.
