Ending with a National Championship

Bringing home the cheerleading national championship title is a feeling that will stick with me forever. Winning my first national title my freshman year was so exciting and a feeling that I’ve wanted to relive since. I never knew how it felt to lose, but quickly discovered how awful it felt after two years of not winning. For this reason, I was more motivated than ever to perform my best and claim the title my senior year. Our performance at finals was almost perfect, and we could not have made our coaches, parents, and ourselves any prouder. My three years of Bishop McCort cheerleading have been full of accomplishments and happiness. Of course I am sad to leave this program, but I could not have ended on a better note.
